We are looking for an exceptional individual who is motivated and full of ideas to join our marketing team! The right candidate will have a passion for marketing and music and be looking to join a top-level team in the night-time entertainment sector.

Tramps nightclub Ltd is the largest privately owned, ‘single-site’ nightclub complex in Worcester with a total capacity of 3,000 people. With events, personal appearances, live acts and guest DJ performances taking place every week across 3 venues, the role of Multi-Media Executive is crucial in delivering great customer experience and establishing continued growth and development of the group.


  • Reporting to General Manager
  • Working within the Marketing team


  • Create, manage and deliver engaging content for our marketing campaigns and events across online platforms – Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram, WordPress etc.
  • Respond to enquiries and interact with customers across our online platforms
  • Perform website maintenance and updates
  • Create, develop and deliver campaigns for events/parties/themed nights
  • Manage and utilise customer databases for e-mail and text marketing, while ensuring that all databases are maintained and updated
  • Perform all administration activities relating to the efficient and effective running of the marketing department
  • Work closely with the internal design team and support supplier relationships
  • Produce marketing reports as requested by the Marketing Team or General Manager
  • Any reasonable activities as requested by the Marketing Manager in relation to marketing and promotions of the the venue

Experience and Knowledge

  • Marketing knowledge and experience (essential, minimum 2 years practical experience, A level or degree including marketing modules)
  • Experience and proven track record in marketing with online media including websites, SEO, social media, blogging and e-marketing campaigns (essential, minimum 2 years)
  • Working within a team environment (essential, minimum 2 years)
  • Understanding of customer engagement, preferably within the nightlife/entertainment sector (essential, minimum 2 years)
  • Knowledge of nightlife/entertainment culture
  • Working with live bands/musicians/DJs (desireable)

Job Type: Part-time (Approx. 20 Hours p/w)

Salary: ยฃ8.00 p/h
